Actions We Will Take

Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, MrsTFox Resources will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  2. Notify the user who posted the material of the removal or disabling of access.

  3. Terminate repeat infringers’ access to the website as appropriate.
     

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. The counter-notification must include:

  1. A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

  5. Your electronic or physical signature.
